We are committed to freshness and using local ingredients wherever possible. Alongside the classics and our signature dishes, our menus are all about celebrating seasonal and sustainable produce and, as such, our specials board is ever-changing. This allows our kitchen team to showcase the very best of our local suppliers. You will see this reflected in our modern British menu every week. While we advise to book ahead, we’ll always do our best to accommodate all guests who call into The Wittering.
