With bedrooms and a self-contained apartment upstairs, it’s an ideal spot for bringing people together from further afield, then letting everyone stay over and enjoy the occasion properly.

If you’re looking to go big, The Wittering can be hired for exclusive use, giving you the whole setting for weddings, private parties, and larger events.
Whether it’s for a formal or informal occasion, our inside West Bar is ideal for private events with its own entrances, private bar and toilets.
In our large private garden, we have a dedicated Fire Kitchen ideal for open-fire cooking events and a Coastal Cabin that serves cold drinks with a more relaxed food offering. We can also provide a stretch tent for bigger celebrations and outdoor parties, that make the most of our coastal setting.

Our food offering can be shaped around all types of events with menus from relaxed buffets and sharing-style to more formal seated dining. Whether it’s for something easy and generous or a more structured dining experience, Doug and our kitchen team will make sure it feels thoughtful, seasonal, and considered.
